SaveHeart Funder uses a proven, easy-to-use platform schools, teams, non-profits, and other community organizations can use to raise money for lifesaving AEDs and SaveHeart all-weather smart monitored AED cabinets. We’ll build your custom campaign, show you how to launch it, and track and manage donations every step of the way.
It couldn’t be easier to raise the funds necessary to help place a highly visible, all-weather, temperature regulated, 24x7 smart monitored SaveHeart cabinet outdoors at your facility.
Simply visit saveheart.life/fundraiser/ to share your name, school/organization, email, and phone #. We’ll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a demo of the platform. The form will look like this:
Afterwards, we’ll build a completely customized campaign for you including your goals (i.e. “we’d like to raise $8,000 to buy 2 SaveHeart outdoor AED cabinets for our fields”), school colors and logo.
Your students/athletes/team members just sign into the campaign and add the email or cell of adults who know and care about them. We do the rest!
After members of your school, team, or organization add contacts to the campaign we’ll launch a series of personalized and customized messages linking supporters to your campaign page to read about your goal and to make a contribution.
No! We write, design, and send everything for you, based on specific information we confirmed earlier with your administrator, coach, or leader. We customize this messaging specifically for you and your organization.
We send Donor emails once every 5 days and SMS/text messages once per week. Each will be customized to your organization and personalized to each supporter.
YES. After a supporter donates, the only messages sent are personalized Thank You messages.
YES. To opt out of text messages, supporters reply with the word STOP. To opt out of emails, supporters click the opt out link.
YES. From the Coach Dashboard, the campaign manager can view and download a detailed spreadsheet showing all supporter names, amounts, addresses, and contact info.
On the Dashboard, the Campaign Manager can see which members of your team or group have signed in and when, how many contacts they added, which contacts by name and relationship, the number and amount of contributions, whether messaging is delivering successfully, and if a member needs to fix email addresses or cell numbers. We’re also tracking key performance metrics to show how your campaign is doing versus national averages.
Yes, funds raised can also buy other SaveHeart by HeartNation products (i.e. indoor cabinets, remote monitoring, mobile & non-powered solutions, and other accessories). You pay NO upfront costs to use the fundraising platform. Schools and organizations that start a fundraising campaign will be charged a fee equal to 10% of the funds raised to cover transaction costs and platform management fees.
We provide the utmost support and guidance to help you make your campaign easy, fun, and successful. If you must cancel your campaign, we will issue a refund to each donor, minus our fees.
